My correct articulatio has been hurting/cramping/stinging beside my articulatio cap a lot recently, it's really annoying because it doesn't allow me to separate around in gym class or do good on the volleyball team, the pain is variety of "inside" my articulatio and it hurts a lot when I go outside for gym and move playing football and running around. Does anybody know whats wrong? and if so could you please please please tell me how to mend it? It's really slowing me down in life. :( Thank you in advance. p.s It kind of feels same I hit a really painful bruise there, but it isn't bruised or perceive or anything. =(
