I am sixteen eld old, I am a dancer and a gymnast and I hit been since I was two. So this is my fourteenth year. Just recently I hit started to get these intense pains in my correct hip. They are small and only hap when I am up and moving but they hap frequently, but only when they want to if that makes sense. They're not terribly consistent, but quite frequently. What could this discompose be and how crapper I ease the pain? 10 points to best answer. thank you all for your time. :]

Hey there! I've had the same problem except I play volleyball and cheerleading! If the pain is on the exclusive near ur portion and groin you will want to go to your doctor and get it checked... It it's on the outside of your hips take whatever ib profen for a week and ice and rest!
