okay so it feels same i didnt stretch my handicap good sufficiency yesterday befor i went streaming cause today it feel same i pulled it or something same that anyway i got boxing in threesome hours and if anyone knows anystretching or anything i can do for my knee to decress the pain it rattling support me out

Yes, definitely move exercising it. Ice it too. That will help. If your pain doesn't go away any instance soon, talk to your doctor most Volteran Gel. That helps with pain in your joints (knees, elbows, etc...). Also, glucosamine will support as well.
