I think I am getting myself confused. Ive had dresser discompose before right in the middle of my chest, I went to my doctor and he said it was something to do with acid reflux and prescribed me medication. It faded, I sometimes get it now and again but it sort of 'stings' erst and then leaves for a up to a week or so. Whereas when it first happened i intellection it was a heart attack because it was a unceasing discompose for like 2 minutes. Which is long with dresser pain! Anyway, Over the last few months Ive been getting dresser discompose BUT its actually in my breast. I am a very anxious person and vexation most every lowercase pain. I was wondering it is possible to get discompose in the breast from anxiety? Its ever my mitt breast when it is sore. I initially intellection it was wind, but ive grown more worried. Thank you :)

You are having chest pain but it's caused by a high hooligan in your back. When high in the upper backwards the pains same to follow the nerves around the body and end up as rib, chest or heart pains. To intend rid of this pain you have to liberated up the high muscles and here's how to liberated up your backwards muscles which includes those that are causing the pain: Back: (do from a sitting position) Place your mitt assistance on your mitt leg incoming to your body. Place your right assistance over your mitt shoulder, fingers over the backwards and the palm in the front and firmly vantage down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body nervy and to the outside of your mitt leg, keeping your mitt arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for added 10 seconds, release the push but rest there for added 30 seconds. Then reverse your assistance positions and do your right side. For best results behave your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
