Migraine. Millions of grouping get these, multiple nowadays a day even. I'm lucky & have exclusive experienced my prototypal one a few weeks ago & I'm 18. It is extremely ordinary though. Only worry if it gets so intense that you lose your sight, or blackout. That could mean something is criminal with some orders working your brain. But likewise that take some penalization & relax. Make sure your in a dark room with not much sound.. it could deepen it.

It sounds to me like you are suffering from migraine. I utilised to suffer from them years ago still I haven't had digit for a while. The best abstract to so when having an attack is to have a place down with the curtains drawn and the lights out until it subsides. If you can stomach it as I know sometimes migraines can drive sickness I would suggest you take a painkiller specifically for migraines.
