I've had stiffness in my fingers for most 2 weeks now and it seems to be effort worse. I crapper barely type with my right assistance and I don't know what is going on. I had ulnar nerve entrapment before but now it is affecting the entire hand, not meet the pinky and ring finger. I'm 24 eld older and use the machine a lot, but have been off of it since the stiffness started. I am worried that it is a neurological disease like ALS because I've looked at carpal tunnel and another continual stress injuries and they all move with discompose and tingling. But my fingers are meet formal on the right hand. What is it and what should I do? Please help... thanks.

Because of how daylong this stiffness has been going on for I would propose seeing your doctor for boost assessment of the situation.
