Since our Christmastime vacation where we were in 4 assorted places (4 diff beds) in 10 days, every morning I wake up with neck and back pain. It's the typical "I slept wrong" pain, but it is EVERY day. Sometimes it also lasts most of the day. We also got a Wii for Christmas, and I feel like, even though I play regularily, my body isn't getting utilised to it and the muscles still hurt! Will a chiropractor help, or will that just be temporary? Could it be our bed/pillows?

Hi, I hit had back problems for years. It could be your posture, bottom etc. But anytime you hit pain for a month or so I would go get it checked discover by orthopaedic doc or neurosurgeon who specializes in spines, before going to a chiropractor. It could be something simple or it could be something totally different. Or if not permissible go to your primary prototypal and go from there. The module commonly visit xrays or other comprehensive testing. Good luck! All advice presented is strictly from personal experience and not medical

Wii crapper cause continual injury. Just read an article about it in a manipulate newsletter. Massage will support more than chiropractic in this case. Remember that manipulate is not a magic wand that heals dilapidated muscle in one treatment. Plus, you need to back off on the Wii and give your body a chance to heal.
