Exercise, descent and meditation. I'll mate a cycle 20 or 25 miles then descent in warm water to lather up and cool water to remotion off then spend 20 minutes to meditate. I've been doing this for some instance now so the meditation part comes real cushy for me. I don't always mate my bike though, only when I hit the time. The meditation part - blank your mind of ALL THOUGHT. Its not cushy in the beginning but with instance . . . All the Best.

Stress is a normal part of our lives. It isn't necessarily good or bad. It isn't a disease. But reactions to pronounce crapper depart enormously, and whatever of these reactions are undesirable. A mortal who reacts with excessive anxiety to everyday pronounce has a personal kinda than a medical problem. The mortal who doesn't recognize anxiety as the travail will have travail solving the problem. And how do i handle stress. The doctor is an additional resource but isn't necessarily the first or the best to seek help for these problems. And good luck.
