That depends on the basement. If it's clean and dry probably yes. If you wager mold, don't sleep there.

Not unless it's like moldy, humid and just not a clean environment. I've lived in a level apartment. It's fine.

more same unsafe, especially if there is no windows, but depends if their is something in the basement. same spoiling or such.

our recreation area is downstairs with our big tv and video game stuff and i fall asleep down there every the time and i'm fine!

As long as it is clean, dry, heated, and no dampness (mold), or fumes from the heating system it should be fine.

It's not unhealthy PHYSICALLY, but if you attain yourself afraid like that there's ghosts or something down there, or if it's colder then upstairs, you'll start to hit bad dreams and then you will be MENTALLY unhealthy. Just don't let dumb things intend to you, and attain trusty it's warm down there and then no it's not at every unhealthy to live in a basemeant.

not if its a one instance thing. otherwise, yes. very unhealthy. theres no windows, so even though the ac or heater haw be on, the air is not fresh. theres lots of copy dioxide and not enough beatific oxygen. also, depending on your blood pressure, some people haw or haw not appendage the temperature in a place that low. you can get headaches and so on. but it depends really..i know a man who literally lived in his basement. he was fine, but often got colds.

If it's too hearty in the basement, it is unhealthy for you. I just read that.
