If i spend the period sleeping in a stuffy room, how will it change me or my brain?

It won't change your brain, I don't think...but it can change you by broad allergens around that can make you hypersensitised to things you ordinarily aren't hypersensitised to. It's also not beatific for your breathing because it can clog you up.
