Can anybody tell me, how much it would cost for a person without health shelter to go to medicine ER in Oklahoma?? PS:its for my friend, she's inactivity for her insurance, and can't stop bleeding...its really bad..:(

Best look to find a hospital who has to care for you even if you don't hit insurance.

go to a "planned parenthood," or somewhere similar. they are great if you hit a low-income or no health insurance.
