I'd rattling declare going to your family doctor and attractive a blood effort to ensure everything is normal. Like someone suggested above, your iron levels could be baritone or you could not be getting sufficiency nutrients. There are a aggregation of factors that can cause dizziness. Your blood pressure could be low, you could be underweight, etc.. I think that, since this is such a generalized problem, you should go to your doctor and get a generalized fleshly finished to narrowing down the possibilities. This is important to your upbeat in general! Hope you feel better soon! It's great that you're a very astir person. You're right, dizziness during state rattling sucks...major hindrance.
