It's belike just nerves about school starting. Just lay down and relax, watch whatever TV, read a book, whatever works to calm you down and clear your mind then try to sleep whatever more. I have problems same that all the time where I over think things even if I don't actualise I'm doing it.

I got about 2 hours and 20 minutes of sleep. I couldn't sleep either but now its 5:36 am and time to intend ready for the first period of school =[
