 did eating too much grapefruit give my ness blisters

so i went on that citrus diet and i ate mostly citrus same atleast 2 a day for most 5 days and today my tongue is every cooked and blistered at the back.. is it from the citrus or am i sick with something?

most likely the grapefruit. it's citrus and this acid can definitely irritate the inferno out of your mouth and modify stomach. i'd verify a little break from them, if possible. also, tell me you're eating another things during this diet. among vegetables and grains, you need to be getting lots of accelerator to stay healthy. your embody is made of accelerator and depriving it of this module make you very weak. be sure you're eating properly, modify on a diet.

Yes, it is from the acid in the grapefruit. No you are not sick. Oranges and pineapples will hit the same affect. Rinse your representative out with 1 container full of mouthwash, integrated with 2 caps of peroxide. Do this a couple of times until the blister are healed. (No water in the mixture) Always rinse your representative or brush your teeth after intake any fruit high in acid.
