I'm not a doctor either but i work in the emergency room and many of the grouping that come finished with Heart attacks exposit their pain as symptom or a 'weird' chest pain. If you have any kinsfolk history of heart attack, smoke or are but concerned you should go to the infirmary and tel them that you have chest pain and they will verify care of you. You have nothing to lose.

I concord with Kalin. Men will ofttimes describe the symptoms of a heart attack as chest pain or pressure, and women ofttimes as a "weird" sensation, or just not opinion right, but either gender crapper feel either way. Don't waste anytime. Have some one verify you to the infirmary crisis room now. If it is heartburn, great! It's better to be embarrassed than dead!
