i hit a really bad cold, and my fruit is plugged up from it, ive tried yawnng, but when i do that it exclusive pops in digit ear, (i can sota exclusive yawn in digit ear) does anyone else ever get this? and what can you do to unblock it?

ive had this many times when i am sick .... in the past i have just waited it out but my doctor told me that if your ear keeps getting plugged up like that it could also be a sign of some types of acquire infections and such if pain goes along with it also.... but if there is no pain i would feature just move it out...

They have drops at the store you can put in that will help. Warm olive or course oil may help. There are fruit washes that they sell,also. I know it is SO annoying but it will go away in a some days. try sleep with that fruit "down", too. Feel better!

Try swallowing, or chewing gum. That always helps me.

You need to intend decongested, take something for decongestion.

Then you expiration same you do when your sound your other fruit and it should pop that fruit or expiration air out of it. I don't know if its flourishing but I always do it when one fruit gets stuck.
