 How many hours of sleep a period do you conceive you REALLY need to be healthy to duty properly?

I only slept 3 hours last night and it got me wondering how many hours one must really sleep in visit to be full signal and full functioning the next day?

If your a teen, most 9-9.5(i know... a lot!!) Adults are usually between 6.5 - 8. But it depends on how you feel. I detected if i rest only 6-7 hours i see wide awake but by evening im primed for bottom by 6! So it depends on how you function. But if youre a teenaged or youger its pretty important to intend lots of sleep. Plus not sleeping much is linked to weight gain!

I can do it on 5 or 6 but most of the time I need 7 or 8.
