 heart problem makes it hard to sleep?

i crapper feel my hunch beating against the bed, im 19 so im not un-healthy. but this has been going on for a long, daylong time. my hunch beats pretty hard so if im laying with my hunch against the bottom it hurts a rattling little taste but is mostly meet so annoying that it keeps me awake. what should i do? ive searched the internet a million nowadays for the answer but havent found anything. some intent wat the problem is?
