 Why is this happening to me?

Ok, so for the last few weeks i have been extra algid and when i essay to intend warm, I module intend low the bedding and i module put the heater on and lots of sox etc..and it takes like 45 transactions for my body to actually move to hearty up. In that whole space of time I am constantly getting tingly chills and just generally opinion algid and encounter it extremely hard to intend warm. I am a 20yr old female, no STDS/infections disease. What could be causing this? Is this a algid intolerance? what could drive that? gratify help! I just slope intend warm!!!

probably because u need exercise. if u have bad murder flow it makes u cold, the tingling is probably the lack of murder in your extremities

have u been dieting? if your not getting enough calories your body tries to conserve them. one of the structure it does this is to not defect then soured by warming you up
