 Does the way you sleep effect your general posture?

My parents say I'm effort a hunch in my backwards drive i rest coiled up in a ball. I don't undergo if that's true or not but i just wanted t find the right anwser. thank you !!

Yes it does. If you rest on your back you are supposed to ready your knee's elevated, and if you rest on your side your pillow should only be high enough to ready your neck straight. You shouldn't really rest in a ball, in the future it will definitely drive back problems.

when you are as young as you are, NO! the way you physique your muscles (what you use them for) & your "posture" when your sitting & stagnant affect your "hunch";; your probably stagnant with your pelvis nervy (crotch spinous forward), your intumesce inward, a flattened back, shoulders rounded in front of you & chest inward;; (I undergo this sounds extreme, but it is rattling subtle);; don't fold when you sit;; pull your shoulders back & follow intumesce nervy when you stand & sit;: & tell your parents "thanks" for the genetics;; you may hit to look into a "toning" workout to get your body aligned for posture;; somberness does do a job on us @ any age & it's more from what you do all period than what you do when you sleep;; but essay unerect on your intumesce to get your pects a little stretched, considering exercising is more effective prolonged...good luck!!
