 How do I get backwards on my schedule?

I'm feat to be starting school in about a month and I was wondering about what I can do so I can move feat to be on time (10 PM) and consequence up at around 8-9 AM. I undergo I should belike just lay downbound at 10:00 and try to go to sleep but that's kinda hard. So, what do you do?

i always amount what instance i poverty to wake up, and stay up for a day and a half, then go to sleep at my new bedtime. then i am garunteed to fall asleep, and you will get a full nite of sleep the following nite.

You Could Wake Up Early One Morning (Around 8 Or 9 Is Fine) And Then Do Lots Of Stuff -Dnt Just Sit Around, But Dnt Over Do It - That Will Make You Want 2 Sleep Earlier And Keep Doing That For About A Week -Waking Yourself Up Early And Then Your Body Will Get Accustomed 2 It That Is The Same Thing I Do Every Summer Before School Good Luck I Hope I Helped
