I'm on ethnic security disbability and recive my aid through a medicare advantage program. Here's my q-I heard that because of no cost of living increase for 2010 for Soc Sec, the Part B payment cannot go up from current $96. But I heard that the Part D payment for prescriptions will be going up. I am not aware of a Part D premium.I f thier is one, I do not pay through my Med Advan program. What is the Part D premium?
