I've been under extremity pronounce lately and have been waking up every half hour, nearly on the half hour. It's bizarre but I am vision so I guess I'm hitting the REM phase.. then I wake up at 5 or 6am and can't intend back to bed. I proven Tylenol PM sleep assistance for the first time and am frustrated that I still woke up the aforementioned artefact every terminal night. How do I make it stop? Thanks
