ok so I don't want to be flourishing so I can be skinny. I meet want to start to live flourishing because I believe its important. I meet want tips on how to eat, exercise and another info you haw have. thanks for the support = ] oh ya and I forgot to add that I have exersise endused asthma and its pretty bad so ya that module narrow what I can do down I guess Thanks guys

A flourishing life is a compounding of different things. Health includes Social health, highbrowed health, physical health, emotional health, spiritual health, environmental upbeat and financial health. Its important to always treat yourself well. Pamper yourself and embrace the good things about you. Have good friends, do exercises you enjoy. This could allow dancing and yoga. Take vitamins. take fruits and veggies, water, and low-sugar fruit juices. Join activities you enjoy, like acting or painting classes. Decorate to make your surroundings enjoyable. take tending and best!

Try selection down on meats.fish is alright tho. You can change proteins in meats with nuts. Drink lotsa water.Replace some connatural eat with fruits &veggies. Eat lotsa grains.Yoga is great excercise &concentration practice. Yogurt is rattling very rattling good for you.Try to eat lotsa that too.. uhm thats every i can think of correct now.Hope i helped :)
