My friend titled and said that for the past quaternary days he was throwing up a lot of blood and he says that it's just because he's stressed. Is this something that I should be bedevilment about or is it connatural when you're under stress?

Throwing up blood is DEFINITELY not a normal stress reaction. It sounds same there haw be some internal bleeding or his throat haw be irritated from all the acid. A general physician visit is necessary ASAP!
