I've been thereI don't know about glandular feverishness and it could be a possibility. You need to see a doctor for comely diagnosis, I venture you probably hit chronic fatique (depression). Always tired and every thing takes so much energy, are classic signs of depression or some thing serious.

OMG!!!! Contrary to added answer here , Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is NOT depression!!!! MAKE NO MISTAKE!!!! Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is not a mental condtion!!!! That said, there are countless things that could be affecting you and creating the tiredness. Certainly, the problem could be either depression OR Chronic Fatigue Syndrome---- or both. You could have mononucleosis, or you could have an shackle deficiency, the list goes on and on. The only way to intend at the truth is to ready at it. Doctors will often put you off or essay to region you off with antidepressants. Go for second and third opinions and ready reaching out until you intend an answer that makes significance to you. .
