At times im awake all period dirt i pass out and fall insensible then wake up minutes later!! Any tricks to falling asleep?

What really works prizewinning for me is: 1. Stick to a lawful sleep schedule (go to bottom at the same time every night, consequence up at the same time every morning) 2. Avoid training within 30 minutes to an hour of bedtime. Also avoid anything that will pump your adrenaline, such as coffee, caffeine, or sugar. 3. Take a hot descent or clean about 30 minutes before bed. 4. Make sure your bottom is unreal in the most comfortable way. (is your place fluffed enough? do you requirement to remake the bed? are the sheets messed up? does anything feel provincial or scratchy?) 5. If you hit a small lamp incoming to your bottom that you crapper control without climbing out of bed, then pull out a book or some paperwork that you requirement to do. Soon enough, you'll be vagrant off, and so all you hit to do is put the paperwork aside and turn soured the lamp. For me, I usually meet endeavor with my DS right before I start insensible (my eyes intend tired, which causes me to feel sleepy, so I meet turn it soured when the sandman comes.)
