Ok so you undergo when you crack your spine? Well now i cant. Or my knuckles. Or anything else. So this stinks. And ground is it happening? U occupation me old???? >_> Sheesh!!! Yeah that. So does that mean im dead? nah i havent stopped. it was every day. then now i cant. :(

it may be lack of stress. when one gets heavy out your back will crack easier.
