My fingernails are purple and my fingers get cold, i was told this could be from poor circulation.....is this something to worry about. :(

The would be the text book sign of poor circulation. Poor circulation means poor healing. If you intend sores or cuts on your hands, I adopt that they don't heal well. It's because that paper isn't effort the oxygen that it needs. Hopefully you still hit good opinion in your hands. This situation is even more complicated when your opinion is compromised and you don't feel the pain of being cut or burned, then you don't heal well. this crapper lead to infection. Over time it crapper cause clubbing of the fingers, that's when your nail beds flatten discover at the base and ammo toward the end. It's just a result of long term poor circulation, often seen in lung disease. There is some concern to poor circulation in your hands, but the bigger concern is what's causing it. Is it just that you ready your house at 55 degrees? Do you smoke? Do you hit raynaud's disease? Do you hit a history of exposure to things same aspesdose that increase your risk for lung disease? Don't freak out, but make sure you hit a regular check up with your doctor and mention it to them. Give a few good examples to exhibit them the rigor (or lack there of) of it.
