I believe it entireness slightly faster if it is low up. You don't want to crush up any preventive that is a slow promulgation (or gel tube...) drug.

Why would you chew a tylenol tablet unless it is in the chewable form? Your question is not very clear. If you are asking most both forms of this medication, both are equally effective, chewables and tablets.
