i recently got surgery, my tonsils and adenoids removed (a very painful operation) so i've been eating lots of ice toiletries to make myself feel meliorate (which is recommended). however, today, i'm going to a party/get-together with a clump of friends. the difficulty is, i'm slightly lactose intolerant, and all the ice toiletries i ate yesterday is making me gassy!! i don't want to be gassy at the party!! how long does it take to foreshorten the ice cream?? will i be farting a lot at 5:00pm tonight if the last instance i ate a bowl was 11:30pm last night?? help!!! please....

Unfortunately I have the same problem, farm can attain you incredibally gassy and the worst part is that it smells like death. I suggest attractive some meds to get disembarrass of it like gas-x or whatever it's called.

Get some probiotics into your body. Then realize that pasteurized farm products include lots of toxins and are terrible for people. Drink and eat RAW farm products from grass fed cows and you module never intend a lactose intolerance from that. The intolerance is your body trying to desperately tell you something; listen to it. good luck to you
