I have those too, and the second advice you got is right. Don't imbibe it. If it has absent to the crusty top, it shouldn't spread. It spreads when it's in that itchy stage. But do not imbibe anyway, because it may still be in the contagious stage and it will crust over again and verify individual to heal . Also if you touch your cold painful while it is contagious, you will spread it by touch to other areas. Don't wipe on your towel or anything same that. I was bothered with cold sores for eld until the doctor gave my brother a medication for Dalacin T topical solution (UK name). It comes in a bottleful and is commonly used for skin disorders or bad pimples. Well, that clog is the only clog that has ever worked for me. It kills it in no time at every if you dab it regularly. If you put it on correct away, it won't even develop into a sore. Even Zovirax, which you can intend from your local pharmacy, is not as good. Just keep your cold painful fleecy by using some cream on it, and that should support with the crusting, but once again don't pop. All the best.

It is best to keep it decent and dry and use a little drop of cold sore lotion on it once hourly. If it persists, or spreads, see your doctor in case it is infected.

DONT TOUCH IT. If you do contact it wash your hands. I recomend the medicine, Valtrex, it has minimal side effects if any and will help reduce the painful and preclude others. Also dont kiss anyone because you would transfer it to them
