I recently burnt my ness on some hot chocolate. My ness has been bothering me ever since and its actually unreasonably sore. Normally it heals so fast that it is only an annoyance for a period or two, but its been three or quaternary days. What can I do to support encourage sanative or ease the pain?

Apply something cool, like: ice cubes or crushed ice, a popsicle, icy fruit, cover cream. Yogurt is considered medically to be the best thing for a cooked tongue, so ingest that likewise if you want. Next, Numb the pain. A cooked ness crapper be quite uncomfortable. If you hit any drug ointment, rub it on the surface of your tongue. Look for products containing benzocaine, which is a topical anesthetic, and are ofttimes oversubscribed to treat representative ulcers: Anbesol, Kank+a, Orabase B, Orajel. Anesthetic mouthwash may support as well. Also, suck on expiration drops. Look for expiration drops that contain topical and/or menthol. Menthol, same benzocaine, acts as a topical anesthetic. Until healing occurs, stay away from sour foods same tomatoes, citrus fruits and juices, items with vinegar, etc., as well as salty items same potato chips, since these items will irritate the area.
