At what distance should i go to rest if i am 12,5 yo and feat to prototypal grade in high school?

Normally i go to rest at 9:30 PM and this year 9:45 PM But i conceive thats rly early.. can't i go to rest at 10:30 or would that be intense for me?? t

when you are 5–12 years at age you should have 9–11 hours. you crapper rest that time but it is more essential if you rest early.
