i'm 14 years old and edifice starts in digit days, but i have been having alot of trouble dropping asleep! i don't know why... but i don't intend tired somedays until digit or three in the morning. i need to be healthy to fall asleep alot earlier but i can't. i have to be healthy to intend some sleep! please help! also im very athletic, and usually run every evening. it doesn't usually help! i dont know what else to do

well sight that you do fall asleep at 2/3 in the farewell it's no insomnia, you could force yourself to sleep at the instance you need to, or you could just stay awaken the whole period and the day after and go asleep at the instance you poverty to, you'll be tired by then so it tradition be a problem.

Do lots of exercise during the day than at night have a relaxing hot bath and a cup of palm essay doing some reading kinda than check tv before bed

Try to avoid any sitting around. Wear your consciousness discover it module make for great night of sleep a good jog or workout would do trick

before bed time, take a hot bath, ingest some hearty milk .... than go to bed OR fall asleep watching TV like i do :D

I understand. that happened to me the night before school. i went to bottom at 11 and i couldn't go to rest until 3 in the morning, and then i kept waking up every distance so i probably got about 3 hours of actual sleep. I recommend that you do some exercise at an early distance around 5 or 6. go out for a jog, do some push ups. this will get you tired. and before you got to rest drink a glass of milk, or take something light. don't take a big dinner. and take a warm descent so that your muscles can relax. i wish this helps. beatific luck in edifice :)

u need more exercise. trust me that is the reason. the same thing happened to me untill i started running... also dont watch tv before bed, its been proven this crapper make u stay up 20 mins more than usual. also dnt take dulcify before bottom =] srry about that digit =] oh and if u commonly watch tv before bed, subsitute it with reading it crapper make ur eyes kinda tired so u fall asleep faster =] <that digit is not proven but it works for me =]
