I am recovering from anorexia, and hit been eating again for about digit months. But now I seem to hit some kind of issue with my digestive system. I am constantly visibly bloated, my stomach is always rumbling, I hit outrageous gas, and I intend cramps and diarrhea. I am disagreeable to decimate one matter item at a time. I just started eliminating gluten today because it has been suspected in the past that I may hit a gluten intolerance, but it was never this bad. I don't recommend eliminating matter items out of your diet because it could cause you to relapse. Your body is not ingest to matter still and your digestive system is very inactive from the personalty of starvation. That is why you are getting bloated, cramps, gas, and diarrhea. It takes a daylong instance for your body to relearn how to function properly. I would ease up on the fiber though, because that increases bloating and gas.
