So, for the past few years, I've been groaning in my sleep, should I be concerned?

I undergo this because my sisters says I have and my friends say I do when I spend the night. I'm 17, is this something I should be worried about. It's essentially just unarticulate along with the occasional rest talking and walking.

Paula, I've been doing this for 15 eld now, it started at about the aforementioned age as you. It wasn't until a assemblage past that I found out it had a name: catathrenia. You crapper countenance it up on wikipedia. Sadly, there is no cure, but there are a clump of us who share suggestions and support on this yahoo group: groups. yahoo. com / group/ catathrenia (remove the spaces to access). Hope this helps!
