 Dull ache in the chest?

So, I've been having these dull aches in the chest lately, and it's starting to worry me. I've also been having these moments of intense actuation pain in the lower . it only lasts for a some seconds, but they always take my breath away. I'm worried that I strength have a heart condition or something. Is this ok to meet permit go for now, but ready an eye on, or should I go see a doctor about this to intend checked out?

Hi well one thing we are first taught in scrutiny college is NEVER ignore chest pains of some sort,so intend along to Doctors asap to be patterned discover for ur own peace of nous OK Good Luck ?
