 Is a couple hours sleep a night enough?

Well, 2 days past I slept at 11:00, and I woke up at 2:00 AM. The next day I wasn't tired at all. THen the next day I slept at 1:00 and woke up at 6:00. I AM 12 YEARS OLD. Is this amount of sleep enough? I don't think so, and if not, ground am I not tired. I exclusive intend rattling REALLY tired if I am in bottom misrepresentaation there and cannot sleep. ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS ON HOW TO SLEEP? Some nights I intend rattling nervous to sleep, I justdon't like nighttime. I am not afraid of anything, just when I untruth down and try to sleep, I got butterflies in my stomach. It has been happening for a few days today and summer was just over and I am starting school. AND NO, I AM NOT NERVOUS ABOUT SCHOOL! Someone gratify help me!!!!!!! (REMEMBER I AM 12)

dont worry bro, happened to me every the time. if you have an ipod or something, put on some tunes or intend on your laptop or something till your really bushed then sleep. essay to intend atleast 6hours a night but i know its hard. also, your exclusive not bushed because your body is rest underprivileged and is disagreeable to keep itself going. your feeling of awakeness is meet a euphorea. you'll intend over it soon. hang in there bro.

Probably not, but you are teen and seem to be having some kind of unerect anxiety? Talk to your parents, maybe essay just staying up until you're too exhausted to do anything but rest (if school hasn't started yet or if it's a weekend). It strength help intend disembarrass of the butterflies in your stomach and inform your body to actually sleep. When that works, intend used to having a bedtime ritual to calm you downbound and educate you for rest - motion soured the computer etc, bathing and/or hairdressing teeth, reading before bed, some helps. Some people just don't need the rest because their unerect is rattling efficient, but you're teen so it belike has to do with being hyper or something. If it's still like that when you're older, you strength just not need the player rest or can be on a non-normal rest cycle.

Maybe this is happen exclusive drive of one reason. that whenever you were primed to rest always you conceive most it or any other thing that's why you could not rest well. So bro please whenever you going to rest don't conceive too much most anything meet take rest and fell Relax sure you module get a good sleep.. TRY it..
