After I take a dump. I take a tissue and pour a little bit of rubbing alcohol onto the tissue. Then I wipe my laughingstock hole. It kills germs effectively. Is this innocuous though ?

As long as it doesn't defect - I don't wager some harm in it. I would think using flushable Wet Wipes would work just as well. You can circularize a small movement filler pack in your pocket to hit accessible when you need it.

I don't think so, the beverage will dry your skin and attain it crack, making you more likely to get an infection.
