circumcised as an infant and can't verify if i hit a frenulum or not. it might be there, but like not protruding hardly at all, like it meet was enwrapped into the shaft skin. how can i tell?

ok, if you hold it out, under and just behind the head, is there a webby bit between the shaft and the pee-hole? if yes, then you ease have a frenulum. if not, then you don't. I don't conceive theres such more to it than that. I was circumcised(thankfully) as an infant, and I do. a aggregation who are circumcised do not. I'm pretty trusty it depends on the technique used, as to wether it stays or not.
