Well in your case, I would definatelly see couseling. But i think it is criminal of you feyonce to send you away, at this point he should be with every times. Speak to him, verify him you requirement his help, try not to place some emphasis on the rape part, maybe that scares him away. But you requirement to be with his to get that moralistic support. Explain to him that there is nothing to worry about, and its just a teporary problem that BOTH of you have to go through.
