Lately this has been rattling frustrating so badly that I poverty to cry! I cannot start asleep at night anymore. I proven attractive pils that includes drowsniness with it, and that somewhat helps. But I don't poverty to continue attractive pils; I poverty to naturally learn how to rest at night! I would usually stay up all night and all farewell and not see tired. If I start asleep, I would start asleep at around 10am. I rest for maybe about five hours and then I consequence up and I don't see tired. This is just crazy! Is there something wrong with me that I don't know? Someone please give me suggestions? Sometimes I crapper go finished a WHOLE day without any sleep.

No nothing is criminal with you, probably have too such going on in your life though. Get a sound soother and listen to the waves crashing against the beach or the rainforest or something. Lie in bottom and just listen country your mind and represent yourself on a beach in Hawaii :) always helps me fall asleep :)

it would be good to see psychotherapist, because you probably hit some unresolved issues in back of your mind maybe you are meet suppressing it and not being aware of them, so professional can help, but dont ask for drugs you need real therapy that involves psychoanalysis and talk. alternative and maybe the best, buy some good aggregation on meditation, and start practicing it. alternative to alternative (if you are old enough) encounter yourself girlfriend/boyfriend, fall in fuck hit lots of sex, sleep with them (really sleep beside lover) it always helps =)

Try chromatic bath salts with chromatic sparkle bath...relax with a cloth on your face. Bath and Body Works just came discover with a enthusiastic line of aromatherapy...both odor enthusiastic and are literally intoxicating lol...I used to hit a lot of trouble sleeping. Try an aromatherapy plug in and you crapper choose relaxing scents...mine of course has lavender. Whatever kind of mind set you poverty to achieve you crapper hit through the essential oils. You probably hit a lot of stress and a lot on your mind. Find the underlying cause first. Usually the less sleep you intend surprisingly you might see "not tired" ...have you ever noticed if you drink you run to consequence up earlier? lol hope the aromatherapy helps if you decide to essay it.

you definitely need to wager a doctor. humans need to get at leat 7-8 hours of rest at period meet to function. however, you are locution that u don't feel tired after you've slept, or after you've spent a whole period without sleep. this is odd. have u considered that u hit slight insomnia? or maybe you are going through a very busy instance in your life both emotionally and physically. these are factors that can all depend on your rest patterns. personally, i would wager a student meet to check-up, and wager what could potentially be wrong.
