Last night, my emotion finally boiled over and I had enough. I started noisy until my face and neck hurt, and then I started to see dizzy both nowadays and stopped. After I saw like sparkles all around, it looked like glitter. Why did that happen? And no, I don't know how to deal with my anger.

well thats the problem right there - you don't know how to care with your anger. see a psychiatrist. he'll ask you things same what were you angry at, then give you ways to treat it

you let yourself get so angry that you had a blood pressure spike. this crapper be dangerous. if you hit a stroke, you could be condemned to stumbling around with digit intense foot and drooling on yourself for the rest of your life. remember that we are in charge of our feelings. maybe you requirement to get some advice on how to limit your responces to some situations. personally, i would hit mitt the surround making me that angry long before it got that bad. there is no shame in walking absent before some undesirable outcome happens.
