Crazy... substantially it is all up to the beholder in question, some become too paranoid others center voices and start talking to them and then even beleive that they are gods, others are just simply broad or mentally damaged, in either housing what you conceive it is, is what it is.

Sometimes you're born with it and sometimes it develops because of chronicle issues&experiences (PTSD for example).
