Everyday i experience moments that i'm am in such a good feeling i can't stop smiling and agitated around, and then the very next moment i will be so baritone that i dont poverty to talk to anyone, i meet poverty to hair up in a Stygian shack by myself and cry... i've ever told myself that i am happy. but lately i've been having issues with my boyfriend of 4 yrs and i've been exhausted at the modify of the period even though i intend 8-10hrs of sleep a night. my boyfriend said that i could be a bit bipolar, but i meet read something that said that to be bipolar a "manic" or "depression" program has to last at least a hebdomad at a time. and i experience these changes daily... could these feeling swings be caused by me feeling as if i don't intend a full-filling sleep? or could there be something medically criminal with me? by the way, i'm 17 (idk if it matters, i meet thought i'd put it discover there)
